Great location walking distance to the city area. A modern hotel which got washing machine and clean. Surrounding area have a lot of restaurants.
No room service and there are only Japanese tv programs available.
We loved that you were centrally located to everything in Tokyo. We loved having the washer and dryer in room, very convenient. We liked how clean and well kept your property was. We would definitely choose to stay at your hotel on future visits.
My only suggestion is that you expand your TV for English viewing to more channels (not that we spent much time there) and a few more items on the breakfast menu. Overall we were completely happy with everything about your hotel.
Washing and drying machine in room is great. Close enough to walk to Shinjuku.
Bed was hard and the pillows were uncomfortable
The rate is cheaper than similar hotels in the neighborhood and breakfast is complimentary.
Well located and comunicated. Very clean. Little rooms (as usual in Japan) but confortable. Would stay here again.
Nice ambience , clean ,comfortable, quite near to Shinjuku , fast food , restaurants at doorstep of hotel
Rate is less competitive It's quite steep
Convience to subway and did not cost too much considering it was Tokyo. Bathroom was very good. The bathtub was large. We had a city view also.
The pillows on bed were hard and small. Room was very efficient but very tight for two people,
Best of it all, the location and the general appearance. Clean, quiet, nice staff and close to a konbi market.Guest rooms are fair in space. Microwace oven and a brand new washing machine.
Just to mention something, lets say there was no ofuro, wich may not be necessary for most people, but i think it is one of the nicest things before going to sleep.
The staff was superb: helpful, nice and extremely professional. The room was impeccably clean.
The only downfall of the hotel was that rooms are not cleaned every day.
All hotel facility were excellent, the location of the Hotel was also very good
Bed size could of been a bit bigger, but it was not a problem
all the services in the room , laundry, kitchen, etc.
This three star hotel offers in each room a microwave, a kettle and a washing machine/dryer. The rooms are typically small for Tokyo but are well maintained and clean. There is a good variety of food for breakfast. Free internet is provided.
The 4pm check-in is excessively late.
Helpful and welcoming staff, good breakfast, perfect localisation to go around Tokyo, easy access to underground and trains. Room small, as expected, but well equipped and functional.
Room was somewhat noisy despite facing the back of the building, the double glazing wasn't efficient enough
The best thing about the hotel is the staff, really helpful and friendly
Breakfast hours too restrictive (7.00 to 9.00)
A comfortable and relatively cheap hotel, 15 minutes walk from Shinjuku station (if you go through the Chuo park). There is LAN cable internet, TV, etc and above all a washing machine/drier with cheap supply of detergents by the hotel (60 yen for two rounds of washing).
The very late check-in (16:00) is annoying and must be changed to earlier time. Landing in the morning and getting to the hotel a little before noon with a bad need of a shower, one has to spend several hours in Shinjuku. Also, the breakfast could see more Japanese food, simple rice and miso soup.
